Alumni completes prestigious burn rehabilitation fellowship

The WVU Division of Occupational Therapy is proud to announce the accomplishment of alumni Jessica Willoughby, OTR/L.  Immediately after graduation, Jessica obtained pediatric rehabilitation clinical experiences in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and aquatic therapy. In 2018, she was accepted into the University of North Carolina Health Care Occupational Therapy Burn Fellowship Program.

This is the only AOTA burn fellowship currently in the country. After completion of that program, Jessica combined her prior pediatric experiences with her burn expertise and now works at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Boston, specializing in pediatric burn rehabilitation.

We are proud of your accomplisments, Jessica!
