WVU Medicine employee and dependent tuition reimbursement application period for Summer 2021 open

The employee and dependent tuition reimbursement application period for Summer 2021 began on June 21 and runs through July 16.

The Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program provides reimbursement to eligible employees who take classes at an accredited college or university, or who attend WVU Morgantown, Beckley, Keyser, or WVU online.

The Dependent Tuition Reimbursement Program provides reimbursement for those employees, with at least three years of service, whose eligible dependents attend any accredited college or university other than WVU Morgantown, Beckley, Keyser, or WVU online.

Please review instructions below to see what is required. Documents must be uploaded by the end of the application period on July 16.

Please note: Employees are required to complete the Life Event applicable to the semester for which they are requesting tuition reimbursement.
