Applications
The Pediatric and Adult Allergy and Immunology Fellowship participates in the NRMP via the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). We require the following information as part of the ERAS application process:
- ERAS Application Form
- Medical School Transcript
- Board Scores (COMLEX and/or USMLE)
- Personal Statement
- Dean's Letter
- Three faculty Letters of Recommendation
For international applicants, please note:
- We sponsor J-1 visas
- We do not sponsor H-1b visas
- An ACGME-approved: Pediatric, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds residency is required
- Prior to matriculation into our program, fellows are required to obtain an unrestricted license to practice medicine within the state of West Virginia. A training certificate is not sufficient.
