Health Professions Education Grand Rounds: Dr. Thompson to give presentation on lessons learned in patient care

Krstal Thompson, DDS, will give a presentation focusing on lessons in patient care for the Health Professions Education grand rounds on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at noon.

Dr. Thompson is an oral and maxillofacial surgery specialist at TKR Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in Beckley. Thompson is a graduate of the WVU School of Dentistry and the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program. Her presentation is titled "The voices I hear when I'm taking care of patients: Lessons learned from WVU faculty that shaped my career."

The presentation will be held in HSC North Room 1107 and online via Zoom. The virtual attendance option will also be simulcast to WVU's regional campuses.
