As part of West Virginia University’s leading academic medical center, the Department of Medicine’s Section of Gastroenterology and Hepatology provides diagnoses and treatment to patients with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver and pancreas. The Section offers nationally-recognized medical education to residents, fellows and physicians, as well as an integrated diagnostic approach to patients in the tri-state area.
