The Neuroradiology Department at the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute offers a CAST (Committee on Advanced Subspecialty Training) certified fellowship in Neurointerventional Surgery or Endovascular Neurosurgery. The duration of the fellowship is one to two years depending on the applicant’s previous training and experience.

The neurovascular/neurointerventional program has been in existence for 20-years and performs the full gamut of minimally invasive procedures in head, neck, and spine. The program’s procedural volume is amongst the busiest centers in the country covering not just neurovascular procedures but also minimally invasive spine interventions.
