The WVU neurosurgery residency program was founded in _____. Since that time, we have focused on developing leaders and colleagues across the spectrum of neurosurgical practice. Our driving mission as a department and a training program is to foster an environment for innovation and clinical excellence. Residents, fellows, and students are integral to that mission.
