Seeing patients in the clinic. Managing chronic illnesses and preventative medicine. Taking care of hospitalized patients.

Taking care of a broad range of illnesses in all ages of patients.
How do you foresee family medicine changing over the next 20 years?
More emphasis on disease prevention and more emphasis on quality of care measures.
What advice would you give a student who is considering a family medicine residency?
Family medicine is for someone who takes interest in all of the medical specialties.
