Opening in fall 2027 at the intersection of Van Voorhis Road and Elmer Prince Drive in Morgantown, West Virginia, this $233.5 million, 150,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art outpatient facility will expand access to advanced eye care across West Virginia and the region. The new Institute will feature eight operating rooms, expanded diagnostic and testing space, increased clinical capacity, and a multi-level parking garage with more than 1,000 spaces, all designed to support growing subspecialty services and shorten wait times.
