2021 Annual Hal Wanger Family Medicine Conference canceled

Under the guidance of public health experts and with the safety of communities and attendees in mind, the Department of Family Medicine has canceled the 46th Annual Hal Wanger Conference. 

"Due to the worsening state of the COVID-19 pandemic, there are just too many variables and uncertainties for us to continue with our plan to hold this event," Carl Shrader, M.D., chair of the Department of Family Medicine, said. "However, the good news is, that we are planning to host the 46th Annual Hal Wanger Conference in the Fall of 2022."

The 2022 Conference is being planned for the Waterfront Place Hotel in Morgantown. A new date and additional details will be released a later time.

Conferece registrants who have paid through Eventbrite will receive a full refund.
