Recognizing Our March “Voice of the Patient” Award Recipient

We recently kicked off our Voice of the Patient Award which recognizes an employee we have received positive feedback on from our patients. When our patients complete their patient experience surveys, they will sometimes share information about an employee who made a positive impression on them, so this award comes directly from the voice of our patients.

Congratulations to Cassandra Shamblin, Phlebotomy Team Lead in the MOB-B, our March Voice of the Patient Award Recipient!
