CCMC Employee Halloween Activities Schedule
We are pleased to announce the following upcoming employee Halloween activities at WVU Medicine Camden Clark:
Candy Collection | Collecting candy donations for our Partner in Education Jefferson Elementary’s Trunk or Treat.
- Collecting through October 24
- Collection containers are available in area departments and will also be placed by the main entrances.
- Contact Kim Couch with questions or if your department needs a collection bin.
Pumpkin Decorating Contest | Gather with your department and create a pumpkin masterpiece.
- Photo submission entries are due by October 26.
- Submit entries and department details by clicking this LINK or by scanning the QR Code on the flyer.
- Independent panel judging of photo submissions will be on October 28.
- All entries will be displayed in the cafeteria lobby for Halloween.
- Cupcakes will be awarded to the winning department on October 31.
Staff Table Trick or Treat | Participating departments will be sharing snacks, treats & goodies from their Halloween-themed decorated tables.

Halloween Dress Up | Dress up in your favorite Halloween Costume or Jeans & Halloween Shirt.
