MS4 Class of 2021

We were alerted that students must complete a questionnaire prior to having a required mask-fit test for anesthesiology and other rotations on the Morgantown campus. Please complete the questionnaire, which is located in the OSHA Sole course. You will need to present these questionnaire results prior to having a mask fit test.

COVID TESTING Charleston Campus – Testing will take place in August. We will keep you posted on dates/times. Please check your email.

ACLS – September 3^rd / September 4^th 7:00 AM to NOON. Please see attached document for session scheduled.

GTR 2 Meeting - Please email student services to set up your GTR 2 appointment with Deans. You will need to have your CV, personal statement, and your GTR 2 counseling form
