WVU Medicine J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital has partnered with the West Virginia University School of Public Health to conduct a county-wide Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).

Community input is essential to determine the priorities that need to be addressed. The survey deadline is Sunday, July 31.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act requires 501(c)(3) tax-exempt (non-profit) hospitals to conduct a community health needs assessment and create an implementation plan at least every three years.
