Employee entrance to Heart and Vascular Institute will change on Monday

The employee entrance at the Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI) will change to the doors located by the J.W. Ruby and Hazel Ruby McQuain statue, effective Monday, June 15. This entrance will require badge access. This employee entrance is for all staff and providers.

Patients and visitors will continue to enter through the HVI entrance. Signage will be posted and a  security officer will be available to assist patients, visitors, staff, and providers, as needed.

As a reminder, employees must wear badges at all times – visible and above the waist. Approved employee entrances on the main campus include:

• Ruby statue entrance
• Shuttle entrance
• Ruby/HSC entrances, Level Four
• Ruby/HSC tunnel, Level Three
• POC, Level Three

Employees and providers should ONLY exit the building through these approved entrances, as well.
