FindHelp storyboard icon available to clinical Epic users

WVU Medicine has partnered with FindHelp, America's leading social care network, to help address social determinants of health, or barriers, that affect patient health, such as transportation, food, and shelter.

Two websites have been created and custom branded for WVU Medicine. One site provides access to internal staff assisting patients, while the other site provides external access to community members.

Access to FindHelp is available to all staff through Epic. When working in a patient’s chart, the handshaking icon can be found on the patient header portion of the patient’s storyboard as shown here.
