Food trucks a part of next week's APP celebration

Food trucks will be featured at two WVU Hospitals facilities next week as part of National Advanced Practice Providers Week, which is Sept. 26-30.

On Monday, Sept. 26, Rollie Pollie Egg Roll Factory and Rolling Hills Ice Cream will be at the University Town Centre; on Tuesday, Sept. 27, The Prodigal Son and Rolling Hills Ice Cream will be at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital (behind the hospital, near the loading dock); and on Thursday, Sept. 29, Stray Cat Chimmi Shack and Rolling Hillis Ice Cream will be at J.W. Ruby Memorial (behind the hospital by the loading dock).

The trucks will be on site from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on those days.
