IT Help Center work rescheduled for Friday, Aug. 30 and Saturday, Aug. 31

To complete a system update that previously failed, the IT Help Center at it.wvu.edu/help will be offline for approximately four hours between 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30 and 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31. The specific time will depend on the vendor.

During this planned outage, customers won’t be able to search the Knowledge Base for information or submit tickets for assistance. You will still be able to call 304-293-4444 and leave a voice mail or email ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu to automatically create a ticket.

Emails will be delivered to the Service Desk once the upgrade is complete and will be addressed by the staff in the order received.
