IT provides video, tips to improve Epic functionality
WVU Medicine Information Technology has posted a new video and new tips to help providers use the Epic feature Chart Search:
Chart Search is available from the top-right corner of Epic and is an alternative to looking through a patient's chart or browsing Epic menus. Users can press “CTRL + spacebar” to automatically move the cursor to the search box.
Also, this link has tips on several other ways to imrpove the Epic user experience.
