Lanham joins BeWell to expand mental health support at WVU Health Sciences

Courtney "Court" Lanham, MSW, has joined the Carruth Center’s BeWell team as a behavioral health therapist, expanding their role in supporting students at WVU Health Sciences. They will provide services with BeWell two days per week while continuing their work in Disability Services.

Lanham remains a key resource for students, faculty and staff seeking disability-related support, including assistance with the WVU Testing Center and navigating accommodations. They encourage anyone in need of additional resources to reach out.

“I’m excited to circle back to my clinical background while continuing to support students through Disability Services,” Lanham said. “Joining BeWell allows me to further contribute to the health and well-being of our WVU Health Sciences community.”

BeWell—an extension of the Carruth Center for Counseling and Psychological Services—provides free, confidential mental health services to Health Sciences students, offering support for stress, anxiety, depression and other concerns.
