Mentorship Development Program Seminar

The WVCTSI Mentorship Development Program (MDP) offers workshops to develop and enhance mentoring relationships for faculty who are currently conducting clinical and translational research. The MDP program will also provide workshops geared toward mentees who are looking to enhance their skills to become a more effective mentee. The spring 2024 series includes two levels of virtual programs designed to develop and enhance skills for both research mentors and mentees. Participation in Level 1 trainings is strongly encouraged prior to participating in Level 2 trainings. The Mentorship Development Program has also launched a seminar series. The third session "Using Mentorship for Team Science Collaboration"will take place from 12:00 to 1:30 pm on March 25. This virtual seminar is presented by Darshana Shah, PhD, professor of Pathology withMarshall University.
