MS4 Class of 2020

You’ll likely be getting paperwork for your residency and licensures. Because of the COVID response plan, our physical office is closed. Please mail your paperwork to Student Services, c/o Sheri Frankenberry at PO Box 9111, Morgantown, WV 26505 or email to Sheri. Note that the turnaround time for this paperwork will be delayed as the Registrar and Dean are also not in the office daily.

MAY COMMENCEMENT has been cancelled due to the pandemic. A virtual ceremony will be held campus-wide on Saturday, May 16th at 11:00am. For more information about graduation and regalia visit this site https://graduation.wvu.edu/may-commencement. Following the ceremony, MD Student Services will show a special graduation event on facebook, e-pylons page. If you’re needing a refund for purchased regalia please email Peggy Frum of the Evansdale bookstore location at peggy.frum@mail.wvu.edu.

Due to the recent meeting protocol uncertainties associated with the Corona-virus, the scheduled 3/18/20 start date of the expanded "One-on-One" Meetings with a Financial Advisor, will be postponed until further notice. Student Services is working with Prometric regarding Step 1 dates for June in the Morgantown location. This remains a top priority and we will communicate with you any developments through email.
