MS4 Class of 2020

You’ll likely be getting paperwork for your residency and licensures. Because of the COVID response plan, our physical office is closed. Please mail your paperwork to Student Services, c/o Sheri Frankenberry at PO Box 9111, Morgantown, WV 26505 or email to Sheri. Note that the turnaround time for this paperwork will be delayed as the Registrar and Dean are also not in the office daily.

MS3 Class of 2021

Welcome back!!

Audition Rotation Updates: VSLO reopens Tuesday, May 19th. Please be aware that some schools may deny your requests for an audition rotation, especially since WVU can supply rotations for most specialties. Host initiations may also decide to cancel audition rotations with a late notice for a variety of reasons, such as a lack of PPE, etc... If you are denied an audition rotation or if a planned rotation is suddenly canceled, please see your campus student services team to reschedule a rotation.

MS2 Class of 2022

Student Services is working with Prometric regarding Step 1 dates for June in the Morgantown location. This remains a top priority and we will communicate with you any developments through email.

MS1 Class of 2023

The School of Public Health will be offering a summer course for “contract tracing,” which is a vital tool in addressing the COVID crisis. Our understanding is there is no tuition charge. While the course will start in mid-May, they will still be able to accommodate medical students who would like to enroll in the course and start in June. The course will include a capstone experience with students working for departments of public health around the state. Time spent contact tracing could be logged as community service in Sole. If you would like to enroll in the course for a non-credit option (although this experience would certainly satisfy the summer reflective course), please fill out this form by this Friday.
