UPCOMING INFO SESSION ON NIH! Sundus Lateef will share her NIH MRSP experience in cardiovascular research with WVU Dental and Medical students and provide information about NIH MRSP Applications at noon on November 15 in 1905. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Medical Research Scholars Program (MRSP) is a 1-year clinical-research training program for dental, veterinary and medical students. 50 scholars from around the country are selected to live and learn at the NIH campus in Bethesda, MD. Applicants must be a 2nd, 3rd or 4th year student in dentistry, veterinary sciences or medicine. Applications are now open and are due January 10, 2020.

AAMC webinar – How to Manage Student Loans During Residency. This webinar will offer guidance on concerns surrounding student loans and debt management during residency. Offered at 2 times – click on the links to register. November 14th at 3pm or November 15th at 1pm.

You can also find all of these on the MS4 Information Sole page. Please contact Student Services if you do not have at least 8 interviews.

DECEMBER COMMENCEMENT is Saturday, December 15th. Be sure to contact Sheri Frankenberry with regalia questions if you are participating in the December ceremony.

MAY COMMENCEMENT DATE RELEASED. The May 2020 Graduation Ceremony will be Friday, May 15 @7pm in the Creative Arts Center.

MS3 Class of 2021

Applications still open for Peds Residency Rural Scholars Program. The deadline for application is January 31, 2020 and interviews will be in the Spring 2020. Please contact Dr. Emily Nease or Dr. Linda Nield for more information!

Getting to 4th Year will be held February 3rd at 4pm following your mid-block workshop.
