Move from Qualtrics Legacy Results-Reports to Results Dashboards
On Sept. 30, Qualtrics is retiring Legacy Results-Reports and moving to Results Dashboards. If you use Legacy Results-Reports, you’ll need to move to Results Dashboards before the Sept. 30 deadline to avoid disruptions.
WHAT TO DO
If you only use question pages:
No action is required. Question pages will automatically move to Results Dashboards on Sept. 30. We recommend exploring Results Dashboards before then so you're familiar with the experience.
If you use custom pages:
Migrate your custom pages before Sept. 30. Custom pages of Legacy Results will not transfer automatically.

If you want to keep a copy of your current reports:
Download PDF versions of your Legacy Results-Reports before Sept. 16, when editing access ends.
Important dates
- September 16, 2026: You can no longer edit Legacy Results-Reports.
- September 30, 2026: Question pages automatically move to Results Dashboards.
- October 1, 2026: You can no longer view or create new Legacy Results-Reports.
