Posters with QR code provide easy access to instructions for obtaining COVID-19 sticker

New posters have been distributed throughout J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital to serve as a gateway for employees to receive an “I Got the COVID-19 Vaccine” sticker for their badge.

A QR code on the poster will take you to a website with instructions on how to obtain a sticker.

Posters can be found at these locations:

• Shuttle entrance
• Heart and Vascular Institute employee entrance
• Near the employee elevators
• Timeclock on the first floor

The sticker, much like the flu sticker employees receive after getting the flu vaccine, is an easy way to let others around you know you’re fully vaccinated. This is especially helpful in meeting spaces and break rooms.

While all vaccinated employees are encouraged to obtain a sticker, doing so, at least for now, is entirely voluntary, while the vaccine is administered under emergency use authorization.
