School of Medicine searches for assistant dean/assistant DIO for Graduate Medical Education
The West Virginia University School of Medicine is currently inviting faculty to apply for an assistant dean/ ACGME assistant designated institutional official for the Department of Graduate Medical Education.
The faculty who fills the role will work with Sarah Sofka, M.D., who has been named the associate dean and ACGME designated institution official.
The Assistant Dean/Assistant DIO is responsible for the educational programs related to graduate medical education. Global responsibilities include assisting with the management for graduate medical education, organizational management and accountability, accreditation compliance and educational innovation and scholarship.
