Shared Services Center Monthly Group Meeting scheduled for June 22

As part of continuing efforts to improve customer service for the faculty and staff that we serve, the WVU Shared Services Center is inviting members of the WVU community to the monthly Customers’ Group Meeting.

At the next meeting, we will discuss processing steps for student workers and most non-benefit eligible employees, accounts payable and receivable year end reminders, purchasing pre-approvals, and independent contractor versus service agreements.

This monthly meeting provides an opportunity for the Shared Services team to share updates on key initiatives and hear directly from our current and future customers. There is an established agenda each month; however, we will always allow time for your feedback on what we are doing well and opportunities for improvement.

Sessions are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month and hosted via the Zoom platform.
