Troubleshooting sessions planned for employees experiencing ID badge issues

Employees of WVU Hospitals who are having issues with their ID badge are invited to stop by the Bruce McClymonds Conference Center, located on the first floor of J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, as follows:

• Thursday, Aug. 18
  10:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
   
• Tuesday, Aug. 23
  6:30-11 p.m..

At these events, the following will be addressed:

• New badge photos
• Updates to badges, including name changes, title changes, and/or transfer of facilities (including Children’s Hospital)
• Inability to utilize the new time clocks
• Access issues, including door/building access, scrub machine access

Please come prepared with questions. Team members from Information Technology, Human Resources, Environmental Services, and Security will be on-site to troubleshoot issues.

Please note: Only information found currently in UltiPro will be printed on ID badges.

For example, an employee who recently had a name change needs to make sure this change is visible in UltiPro for the new name to be printed on the badge.

The same applies for those who have transferred to WVU Medicine Children's.The change needs to be visible in UltiPro for a Children’s logo to be placed on the badge.
