Upcoming Update to the EPIC Research Study Dashboard

An update is being made to the main study dashboard in EPIC. The current coordinator dashboard, WVU RESEARCH COORDINATOR - MY STUDIES, will be retired and replaced with the new Research Study Team - My Studies dashboard. This change will improve backend management and help ensure the dashboard remains intact during future EPIC upgrades. 

The new dashboard contains all of the sections currently available in the existing dashboard, along with several additional sections that may be useful.

The new dashboard will be activated at the end of the day on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Users who have WVU RESEARCH COORDINATOR - MY STUDIES saved as a favorite will need to locate and favorite the Research Study Team - My Studies dashboard. 

The existing dashboard will be deactivated by the end of the day on Friday, June 26, 2026.
