Wellness Rewards program suspended due to vendor bankruptcy
Due to recent financial hardships from the COVID-19 pandemic, our Wellness Rewards vendor, Interactive Health, has made us aware that they filed for bankruptcy and are going out of business effective immediately.
The Interactive Health platform is no longer available for employees or their covered spouses, therefore, we will be suspending the 2020 Wellness Rewards program. If you were meeting with a tobacco cessation coach, your upcoming sessions are canceled.
If you or your covered spouse did not get a chance to complete the 2020 Wellness Rewards program you will not incur any wellness premium increase in 2021.
We will evaluate our Wellness Rewards program and will make a determination on our path forward. We will provide further updates at that time.
