WVU Division of Occupational Therapy to host information sessions and open house
The WVU Division of Occupational Therapy invites prospective students to learn more about their programs at a series of information sessions as well as an open house this fall semester.
Information session dates:
- Thursday, August 29 at 5 p.m. ET in the OT Lab – HSC-S 1202
- Monday, September 9 at 5 p.m. ET via Zoom
- Tuesday, November 12 at 4 p.m. ET in the OT Lab – HSC-S 1202
- Wednesday, December 4 at 6 p.m. ET via Zoom
Open house date:
- Sunday, October 6 at 2 p.m. ET in the OT Lab – HSC-S 1202
Sessions are intended for college students planning to apply to the Master of Occupational Therapy program or the Occupational Therapy Doctorate. Sessions will also appeal to all college-level students interested in exploring the degrees or the admissions process for applying.
During the information sessions, prospective students will learn about occupational therapy career opportunities, admission requirements and the application process. For virtual sessions, the Zoom link will be sent via email one day prior to the event.
During the open house, students will have the opportunity to tour the facilities, participate in hands-on learning stations and meet current students.
