This week marked the kickoff of the West Virginia Hospital Association’s 2024 Leadership Academy.
The Academy is offered annually to help professionals at member hospitals gain focused insight on the healthcare environment and business leadership strategies.
The program utilizes a variety of techniques to provide participants with the skills, insight, and knowledge to effectively lead their organizations in today’s complex and changing healthcare environment. Participants also benefit from the opportunity to exchange ideas and network with their colleagues from across the state.
The 2024 Leadership Academy class is made up of 25 hospital professionals from throughout West Virginia. And here’s an impressive statistic we can all be proud of – 10 of the 25 participants are part of the WVU Medicine family!
