WVU Medicine earns Community Impact Award from WVNews.com

Online publication WVNews.com named WVU Medicine its Community Impact Award winner in an article published Dec. 29.

The article reviews recent accomplishments in "high-level services" and "growth and outreach," and praises WVU Medicine's leadership and vision.

"The healthcare system based out of Morgantown is having worldwide impact with its research, while providing life-saving treatment to many of the 1.8 million people who call West Virginia home," the article said.
