WVU Medicine-U.S. Army Special Forces partnership commemorated with reception, ceremony (story updated with photo gallery)

WVU Medicine employees were honored by U.S. Army Special Operations Command for their contribution and dedication to the Special Forces Medical Sergeant Program at a celebration at the Health Sciences Center Wednesday, March 15. For a CONNECT photo gallery from the event, click here.

In 2016, WVU became the first academic medical center in the country to host clinical rotations for soldiers training to become Special Forces Medical Sergeants.
