WVU Medicine Well Represented at Becker’s Healthcare Conference

WVU Medicine’s expertise was on full display at the Becker’s 11th Annual Health IT + Digital Health + RCM Conference, which took place Sept. 14-17 in Chicago.

The conference – “The Future of AI and Digital Health” – brought together forward-thinking healthcare leaders who are shaping what’s next: scaling AI and automation responsibly, advancing true interoperability, strengthening cybersecurity in a high-risk environment, and building durable financial performance.

The four WVU Medicine leaders who served as panelists at the conference and their session titles included:

• Brian Dilcher, MD, associate chief medical information officer for the WVU Health System and director of clinical informatics in the WVU Department of Emergency Medicine: “Trainees and AI Tools: Pros and Cons.” Served as a Panelist at the conference.
