Human Gift Registry
We are the West Virginia University Human Gift Registry, supporting our health sciences teaching and research missions. Our goal is to assist those who wish to make donation of their own body. This web site is intended to provide basic information and the forms necessary for donation. See the questions section of this site for answers to many basic questions. Please do not hesitate to call us if you have further questions or need assistance. It is important that you contact us immediately upon the death of a donor; please see the contact page for our phone number. Information on how to bequest can be found in our donate section. Information about our annual memorial service and the West Virginia Anatomical Board is also available on this site.
