Ingredients
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg, whisked
- 2 and 1/2 tbsp melted butter, coconut oil, or olive oil
Instructions
- Grease a mug.
- Mix together all the ingredients with a fork.
- Pour mixture into a mug.
- Microwave for 90 seconds on high.
- Cool for a few minutes, pop out of mug and slice. Can put in the toaster if desired.
Recipe Tips: To make a loaf of the bread, use 1 cup of almond flour, 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, 3 eggs (whisked), and 6 tbsp of butter. Mix together ingredients, place in a loaf pan, and microwave for 5 minutes.
