Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage, green, shredded
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 granny smith apples, julienned (sliced into small strips)
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 orange, juiced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
