Ingredients
- 15.25 oz sweet yellow corn, drained
- 8.5 oz corn muffin mix
- 16 oz fat free greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup egg whites
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Spray 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix (should have fluffy consistency).
- Pour mixture into baking dish and bake 55-60 minutes (edges should be golden).
- Let cool a few minutes before cutting.
