Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of each red and green cabbage, chopped or can use (16 oz.) bags of coleslaw mix
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together.
  2. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  3. Garnish with chopped walnuts.
