Ingredients
- 1 14 oz can chicken breast
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 avocado
- 1/8 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/ tsp granulated garlic (or garlic powder)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place can of chicken and onion in a bowl.
- Mash ripe avocado and add the mayo, mustard, and spices.
- Add to the chicken and onion mixture, mix together.
- Can eat with sliced cucumber, place on whole wheat bread, or serve on a bed of lettuce/greens for a salad.
