Ingredients
- 3 Haas avocados, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 & 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime (2 tbsp)
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped, or 1 and 1/2 chopped banana peppers, prepared the same way
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 large ripe tomato, chopped
- Optional: 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Mash 2 of the avocados until they are relatively smooth using a fork in a medium bowl.
- Fold the cubed avocado and the remaining ingredients into the mashed avocado. Mix well.
