Ingredients
- 6 cups (packed) of chopped kale
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Wash and pat dry the kale, then tear the leaves off the stem and shred or chop into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, then add the kale. Coat evenly with butter.
- Add the lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
- Continue tossing the kale until slightly wilted, roughly 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
- Optional: Add your favorite protein (meat, tofu, etc.) to make this a main dish!
