Ingredients
- 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems and center ribs finely chopped; leaves coarsely chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- Salt
Instructions
- Melt butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion, cook for 1 minute.
- Add chard stems and broth/wine, and simmer until stems soften, about 5 minutes. Stir in chard leaves and cook until wilted.
- Stir in lemon juice and cheese, season with pinch of salt if desired.
