Ingredients

  • 16 oz coleslaw blend
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado with sour cream, lime juice, salt in a small bowl. 
  2. Combine with coleslaw blend in a larger bowl and mix and until well-blended. Serve as a side with dinner or use as a topping for tacos, sandwiches, and more.
