Ingredients
- 2 & 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 and 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Add the rolled oats to a blender and blend till they resemble a flour-like consistency.
- Add baking powder, salt and cinnamon to the blended oats.
- Add in the milk and eggs and mix till well incorporated. Set mixture aside for 5-8 minutes to thicken up.
- Place pan over low-medium flame and let it warm.
- When pancake mixture is thickened, grease pan cooking spray and ladle 1/4 cup of mix onto pan, and cook 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Enjoy with sugar-free syrup.
