Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup ground chia seeds or flaxseed
- 5 eggs
- 4 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Blend all dry ingredients in bowl and all wet ingredients in separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour into a 7.5 “x 3.5” loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
