Ingredients
- One head cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Remove green leaves from cauliflower. Cut cauliflower head into four parts. Cut off “florets” (white trees) and discard the stem. Toss florets with olive oil and place on a baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 20-25 minutes, stirring once.
- Remove from oven. Sprinkle with parmesan. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot
