Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Onion powder (optional)
  • Paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine oats and water and microwave for 2 and 1/2 minutes.
  2. Poach egg or cook sunny-side-up.
  3. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste.
  4. Place egg on top of oatmeal.
