- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Combine oats and water and microwave for 2 and 1/2 minutes.
- Poach egg or cook sunny-side-up.
- Add salt, pepper and spices to taste.
- Place egg on top of oatmeal.
